Smoothing
MedSPA VIP offers all the latest facial aesthetics procedures for smoothing your skin.
Chemical Peels
Chemical peels use specialized solutions for smoothing out your skin. Older top layers of skin peel off revealing baby smooth new skin underneath. Deeper layers of skin are stimulated to regenerate, produce more collagen, and thicken. Your skin texture, fine lines and wrinkles all improve.
Hydrofacial, Microdermabrasion and Diamond peal
Hydrofacial, microdermabrasion and diamond peal are procedures that use a special tool to gently exfoliate the outer layer of skin. These different technologies uses liquid solutions, sand-like particles, and suction. But they all can help to smooth out rough patches and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Laser Resurfacing
Laser resurfacing with special medical device can precisely remove tiny areas of outer most skin. As these areas heal together, the whole skin and surrounding areas regenerate. Stem cells multiply and create more collagen, and elastin. Your skin becomes more smooth, fine lines and wrinkles fade, and dark spots dissapear.
Botox / Xeomin
Botox, Xeomin are neuro-modulators (also called neurotoxins) that temporarily block muscle contraction. They are used to prevent the unwanted folding of skin and wrinkles from movement of certain facial muscles. Dynamic lines such as frown lines, forehead lines, and smile lines reduce and long term (static) wrinkles never form there.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers such as Restalyne, Juvederm, Radiesse, and Scluptura are used primarily to add volume to areas that have lost it over time. Naso-labial folds, lips, cheeks, jaw line, temples, and chin are popular areas for fillers. Correcting volume loss in deep folds and fine lines creates a more youthful smoother overall appearance of your face.
PRP – Platelet Rich Plasma
PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is the concentration of your own blood platelets that naturally promotes healing and regeneration. It stimulates collagen production, improves skin texture, and promotes tissue regeneration. Often used to address signs of aging, PRP can treat a variety of skin conditions, including acne scars, stretch marks, and sun damage.
PDO – Polydioxanone
PDO (polydioxanone) threads are biocompatible filaments used for many years in surgical sutures. When inserted under the skin, the body’s natural healing response stimulates collagen production. Your skin becomes plumper and firm, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Barbed threads are also used for lifting skin.
Radiofrequency (RF) Micro Needling
Radiofrequency (RF) micro needling combines two techniques (its in the name). A series of tiny needles momentarily puncture the skin then RF heats layers underneath without damaging the surface. The micro-injuries, then stimulate the skin’s natural healing process, which can improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and scars.
Filling
MedSPA VIP offers a variety of dermal fillers to plump your skin, smooth out contour irregularities, and firm skin that may have lost elasticity or fullness due to aging or other factors.
Juvederm
The most used dermal fillers in the US are Juvederm and Restalne. These are made from hyaluronic acid (HA), a naturally occurring scaffolding molecule in your skin.
Hyaluroinic acid fillers are injected into various areas of the face, including the lips, cheeks, and under the eyes. The procedure restores a more youthful and refreshed appearance by creating an immediate plumping effect. The HA molecules then attract water thus also help to hydrate the skin and may improve results over time. Additionally, the presence of the filler beneath the skin can help to stimulate collagen production, which can further improve skin elasticity and firmness. HA fillers are considered safe and effective. The results can last anywhere from 6 to 18 months depending on the specific product used and your unique physiology.
Radiesse
Radiesse is a different brand dermal filler made from calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres, which are suspended in a gel carrier made of water and glycerin. This filler is used primarily to treat wrinkles and add volume to areas of the face that have lost elasticity and fullness due to aging or other factors. When injected into the skin, there is an immediate volumizing effect. Then as the gel carrier is gradually absorbed by the body, the microspheres remain in place, providing long-term results that can last up to a year or more. Then over time this filler stimulates your body’s own natural production of collagen. Radiesse is commonly used to treat the nasolabial folds (the lines that run from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth), marionette lines (the lines that run from the corners of the mouth down to the jawline), and to add volume to the cheeks and hands.
Sculptra
Sculptra is a brand of dermal filler that is also used to treat wrinkles and add volume to areas of the face and body. It is made from poly-L-lactic acid, which is a synthetic substance that has been used safely in medical procedures for many years. This filler works primarily by stimulating the body’s natural production of collagen, which helps to restore volume and improve skin texture over time. Unlike the other dermal fillers, Sculptra does not provide immediate results, as it takes several weeks or even months for the collagen production process to take effect. Sculptra is commonly used to treat the cheeks, temples, and jawline, as well as to add volume to the hands. The results can last up to two years or more, depending on your individual unique physiology and the injection technique used.
Dermal fillers procedures are considered safe and effective, with minimal downtime and few side effects. As with any cosmetic procedure, there are potential risks and side effects. These include bruising, swelling, and infection from the needle used to introduce material to lower layers of skin. The biggest risk is quite rare and involves the potential risk of introducing filler material into a blood vessel. The materials may occlude, or restriction blood flow tissues can lead to loss of skin or vision. In order to minimize these risks, we often use blunt tipped cannulas, which tend to push blood vessels out of the way instead of puncturing them.
Lifting
MedSPA VIP offers a variety of aesthetic procedures that help lift sagging or loose skin and restore a youthful appearance.
PDO (Polydioxanone) Threads
PDO (Polydioxanone) threads lift and contour the body by providing support and structure to sagging or loose skin. PDO thread lifting is a minimally invasive procedure that can produce noticeable results immediately with minimal downtime. The threads are inserted into the subcutaneous tissue using a needle or cannula and create a mesh-like structure that supports soft tissues. This procedure can be used to treat conditions such as loose or sagging skin, cellulite, and stretch marks.
Some PDO threads have tiny barbs or hooks that attach to tissue and create tension for an immediate lifting effect. Over time, your body dissolves the PDO material stimulating production of collagen and elastin. These help to maintain the lifting and further improve the skin’s texture and elasticity. PDO threads can be used in various parts of the body, including the face, neck, arms, abdomen, thighs, and buttocks.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal Fillers are often used for lifting of the skin by adding volume to the areas of the face where they are injected. When fillers are injected, the overlying skin will drape over this added volume creating a lifting effect that can help to smooth out the appearance of sagging skin.
Additionally, some types of dermal fillers can stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, which are natural substances in the skin that help to support its structure and elasticity. By increasing the production of these substances, fillers can help to improve the overall texture and firmness of the skin, which can also contribute to a lifting effect.
It’s important to note that the lifting effect of dermal fillers is temporary, and the results will gradually fade over time as the filler is metabolized by the body. The longevity of the lifting effect will depend on the type of filler used and the your individual skin metabolism.
Focused Ultrasound
Focused ultrasound can cause lifting of skin through a non-invasive cosmetic procedure known as High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU). During a HIFU treatment, a high-intensity ultrasound beam is focused on a specific area beneath the skin, causing heat also known as thermal coagulation points or “microthermal zones.” These zones trigger a natural healing response, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential proteins for skin firmness and elasticity.
Over time, as the collagen and elastin fibers rebuild and regenerate, the skin becomes tighter, firmer, and lifted. This process can take several weeks to months, and the results can last for up to two years.
HIFU technology has been used successfully for facial lifting, brow lifting, and neck lifting, among other cosmetic applications, with minimal side effects and downtime.
Glowing
MedSPA VIP offers a variety of procedures that can help restore a youthful glow by evening out color texture and contour irregularities on the skin surface.

Hydrafacial
Hydrafacial treatments work to improve congested and enlarged pores by combining cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and antioxidant protection all in one easy step. Hydrafacials are considered a hydradermabrasion treatment and are able to be performed on all skin types.
Intense Pulsed Light
Intense pulsed light (IPL) is a versatile non-invasive cosmetic procedure effective for improving the skin’s appearance and reducing various skin concerns. High-intensity light is used to target various skin issues, such as age spots, acne, sun damage, acne scars, wrinkles, and fine lines. IPL works by delivering painless short bursts of light energy to the skin’s surface, which is absorbed by pigments in the skin, such as melanin and hemoglobin.
IPL can target and break down areas of excess pigmentation that causes age spots, sun spots, and freckles. The skin then reflects light more uniformly leaving a more youthful even tone. The heat generated by the IPL treatment can also stimulate the production of collagen, a protein that helps to keep skin firm and supple. IPL can also target and break down tiny blood vessels that cause redness and flushing in the skin, such as in rosacea.
Intense pulsed light procedures treat acne using specific light energy that targets and kill the bacteria responsible for acne breakouts. Inflammation in the skin is significantly reduced and scarring due to acne is improved.
Opus Plasma
Opus Plasma is a type of skin rejuvenation treatment that improves the appearance of the skin by addressing multiple concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, uneven texture and tone, and sagging or loose skin. The device uniquely combines radiofrequency energy with plasma technology.
The Plasma heats the skin and creates tiny micro-channels, which triggers the body’s natural healing process which includes the production of collagen, a protein that gives the skin its structure and elasticity. Skin texture and firmness improves while fine lines and wrinkles reduce. , and make the skin look more youthful. The plasma energy can also remove the outer layer of dead skin cells, revealing smoother and brighter skin underneath. This can improve the overall tone and texture of the skin, making it look more radiant. Elasticity is improved because the skin will contract and tighten reducing the appearance of sagging loose skin, particularly around the jowls, neck, and jawline. The appearance of scars and hyperpigmentation is improved by stimulating the growth of new, healthy skin cells and breaking up the excess melanin that causes dark spots.
Fractional CO2
Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing is a cosmetic treatment that works by creating tiny injuries in the skin to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, which are important proteins that keep the skin firm and elastic.
The laser uses a beam of light energy to penetrate the skin, creating microscopic columns of thermal damage. This triggers the body’s natural healing response, which leads to the formation of new, healthy skin cells. The treatment promotes collagen production leaving the skin smoother and more even
Fractional CO2 laser can improve skin glow by reducing wrinkles and fine lines, improving skin tone and texture, treating acne scars, and by tightening loose skin. The laser promotes collagen production, which can help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
Overall, fractional CO2 laser can help to rejuvenate the skin, making it look younger, smoother, and more radiant. However, it is not suitable for all skin types and requires about two to three weeks of downtime.
